For Community At Large (Stewartville)

The community at large will be charged round trip from Stewartville to Rochester.
Local trips in Stewartville
Other destinations will be a set fee plus $1.46 per mile for non-ambulatory and $1.41 per mile for ambulatory.

For Care Center Residents

Group outings for Care Center activities will be at no cost.
All residents will be charged according to the Medical Assistance Rate Schedule.
To transfer from another facility to Stewartville Care Center, within a 20 mile radius, there is no charge.
Medical appointments for Medicaid residents will be charged through the business office directly to the state at the customary rate.

Stewartville Senior Van Pricing

Local trips for senior citizen activities, high school plays or other group planned outings are at no charge for any “campus” residents. Other area seniors pay a $5.00 round trip cost.
Our Campus residents will have access to the Rochester Airport at no cost.
Weekly group trips are planned to Apache Mall, Wal-mart and area restaurants for Root River and Stewartvilla residents for $5.00/round trips or $3.00/one way.
Medical appointments or other privately arranged trips to Rochester will be charged according to the Medical Assistance Rate Schedule for residents of Root River and Stewartvilla.
Rates will be negotiated for distances beyond a fifteen mile radius of Stewartville.
