Private pay residents will be billed these rates.  Those residents that are eligible for Special Transportation through Medical Assistance, these charges will be billed to Medical Assistance for payment.

* All other locations will be a flat loading fee of $18.82 each way for non-ambulatory and $12.55 each way for ambulatory, and a fee of $1.46 per mile for non-ambulatory and $1.41 per mile for ambulatory.

**Medical appointments in Stewartville will be provided free of charge, if our schedule can accommodate you.

*** Scheduled group shopping trips will be a flat fee of $5.00 per person.
